Your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We're committed to being transparent and to handling your data responsibly.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, company name, and password when you register for an account. We also collect data you upload to the Service, such as customer records, sales pipeline information, and team member details. Additionally, we automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, and usage patterns to improve the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, process payments through Stripe, send you transactional emails (welcome, password reset, billing receipts), respond to your support requests, and notify you about important changes to the Service. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption at rest. We use bcrypt for password hashing, JWT in httpOnly cookies for session management, and rate limiting to prevent unauthorized access. CRM credentials and other sensitive data are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. We never store payment card information — all card data is handled directly by Stripe.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Sales Manager: Stripe for payment processing, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, and email providers for transactional email delivery. These services have their own privacy policies, and we recommend reviewing them. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the Service is used and improve it, but this data is anonymized and aggregated.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we keep your data for 30 days in case you want to reactivate. After that, your data is permanently deleted from our active systems, though backups may persist for a limited time before being purged.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, export, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can do this through your account settings or by contacting us. You can also request that we restrict the processing of your data or object to certain uses. We will respond to all data requests within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
Sales Manager is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly.
9. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed and stored in countries other than the one where you live. We use appropriate safeguards to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection wherever it is processed.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
