Welcome to Sales Manager. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our software and services. Please read them carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sales Manager (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial that requires no credit card upfront. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your account will be limited or suspended until payment information is provided.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or any related systems. You may not use the Service to send spam, distribute malware, or harass others.

6. Customer Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload or create within the Service ("Customer Data"). We will not sell, share, or use your Customer Data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you. You can export or delete your Customer Data at any time. We use industry-standard encryption to protect Customer Data at rest and in transit.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service with high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and unexpected outages may occur. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime, but we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sales Manager and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
